Hello and welcome to my long-awaited blog!

My primary business is dealing in football (soccer) memorabilia.

Vintage postcards and collectibles has been added recently to my footy business.

However, I wish I had started the postcard and collectible business ages ago?!

It's so much fun rumagging around flea markets, junk shops, antique shops, fayres, etc., etc., looking for interesting items to buy for my secure Etsy shop and website. Am I glad to see that the Spring season is upon us, this allows me to visit even more outlets to source out items to list online!

I can't wait for summer to arrive ..... I will be out and about seven days a week!

Talking about sourcing out items to list in my shop and website, I was casually looking around this local junk shop, when I saw something that I never thought existed anywhere on planet earth?!

And ........

It's a 12 inch x 12 inch "wooden postcard", and you can display it on the wall! 

Needless to say, I quickly bought it before somebody else laid their hands on it!

I've never seen a "wooden postcard" in my life, have you?!

It measures 12 inches square, made of solid wood, and very heavy too!

I'll put up a photo or video of it here shortly, so you can see for yourself!

I don't think I will be putting this up for sale in my Etsy shop or website, anytime soon!

SORRY!

I simply love it and it's such a complete ONE-OFF piece, I want to keep it to myself!
